Recruitment decisions should prioritize a candidate’s personal character and compatibility with the clan’s positive atmosphere over their Old School RuneScape achievements or in-game standing. Members are encouraged to invite individuals they believe will be valuable and well-suited additions to our community.

Rules

Our clan operates under a set of clearly defined rules designed to ensure a positive and productive environment for all members. While many rules align with common sense principles, we understand that interpretations can vary. To ensure fairness and consistency, all members are expected to read and adhere to all rules. It’s also important to remember that this is a game; different play styles are acceptable as long as the rules are followed. Everyone deserves to enjoy the game.

1. Communication & Conduct
   1. Respectful Communication: Maintain respectful and courteous communication at all times. Personal attacks, harassment, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or any form of bullying will not be tolerated.
   2. Appropriate Language: Refrain from using offensive, profane, or sexually explicit language in clan chat. Consider your audience and maintain a professional tone.
   3. No Spamming or Flooding: Avoid excessive or repetitive messaging that disrupts the flow of conversation.
   4. Clan Ambassador: As a member of Just Pixels, you are an ambassador for our clan, even when offline. Maintain appropriate conduct to uphold the clan’s reputation.
      
2. Gameplay & Clan Activities
   1. Scamming & Stealing: Any attempt to scam or steal from fellow clan members or other members of the OldSchool RuneScape community will result in immediate and permanent expulsion from the clan.
   2. Compliance with Jagex Rules: Members are strictly prohibited from encouraging or assisting in any activity that violates Jagex’s rules and terms of service for OldSchool RuneScape. This includes, but is not limited to, botting, RWT (Real World Trading), and exploitation of game mechanics.
   3. Account Security: Members are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their OldSchool RuneScape accounts. The clan will not be held liable for any losses resulting from negligence or compromised account security. Furthermore, members are fully responsible for any borrowed items. Failure to return borrowed items may result in disciplinary action, including demotion or expulsion from the clan, at the discretion of the leadership.
   4. Loot splitting: Loot distribution within the clan will be equitable and standardized. All loot will be split evenly among participants present at the time of the drop, regardless of individual contributions or drop size; new members joining mid-activity will not receive a share of pre-existing drops. In raids, only “purple drops” will be subject to this equal distribution policy. Raids involving ironmen will operate under a free-for-all (FFA) system for the ironman account unless alternative arrangements are explicitly agreed upon beforehand. In the event of a death during an activity, the deceased member will receive an equal share of the loot as surviving participants.
   5. Participation: Active participation in clan events and activities is encouraged but not mandatory. However, it is required to be considered for clan rank promotions.
   6. Reporting Issues: Report any violations of these rules or concerns about clan activity to a clan leader.
      
3. Enforcement
   1. Warnings: Minor infractions will receive verbal warnings.
   2. Suspension: Repeated violations or serious offenses may result in temporary suspension from clan activities.
   3. Expulsion: Severe violations or failure to comply with warnings may result in permanent expulsion from the clan.

These rules are subject to change at the discretion of the clan leadership. By joining Just Pixels, you agree to abide by these rules and contribute to a positive and enjoyable experience for all members.
